2. How We Use Your Information

To generate, preview, and deliver the website you purchase.
To operate your customer account and hosting subscription, if you have one.
To send you emails about your order, your account, and — only with your order — occasional service updates. You can ask us to stop non-essential emails at any time.
To keep the Service secure, including detecting and limiting automated abuse.

3. Who We Share Information With

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make XAIWebsites work, and only as needed for them to provide that service to us:

Stripe — payment processing.
Cloudflare — website hosting and file storage for generated sites.
Our email delivery provider — sending order, account, and support emails.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of XAIWebsites or our users.

4. Data Retention

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active, and afterward for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time, subject to records we're required to keep.

5. Your Choices

You can review and update your account details from your customer portal.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us.
You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in those emails, or by contacting us directly.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
