These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of XAIWebsites (the "Service"), operated at xaiwebsites.com. By purchasing a website, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service Does

XAIWebsites generates a website for your business using information and images you provide, lets you preview it before paying, and — if you purchase — gives you access to a customer portal where you can download your website files and, optionally, subscribe to managed hosting so your site is published live on the internet.

2. Accounts

An account is created automatically the first time you complete a purchase, using the email address you provide at checkout. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Payments and Billing

• Website generation is a one-time payment, processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details ourselves.
• Managed hosting, where offered, is a recurring monthly subscription. Where a free trial period is offered at checkout, your card will not be charged until the trial ends, after which the subscription renews automatically at the listed price until cancelled.
• You can cancel a hosting subscription at any time from your account portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices are shown in USD and may change for future purchases; changes do not affect an already-active subscription except as required by law or as separately communicated to you.

4. Refunds

Because website generation is a digital product delivered immediately (a live preview you can review before completing checkout), one-time purchases are generally non-refundable once the website has been generated. If something went wrong with your order or you believe there's been a billing error, contact us — we handle these on a case-by-case basis and want you to be treated fairly.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the business information, text, and images you upload to generate your website. You confirm that you have the right to use and upload any images or content you provide, and that doing so doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. Once your website has been generated and paid for, you own the resulting website files and may use them however you like, including outside of our platform.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate or host content that is illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or intended to deceive, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other customers' data.

7. Service Availability

We work to keep the Service and any hosted websites available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Managed hosting depends in part on third-party infrastructure providers; we're not responsible for outages caused by those providers that are outside our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XAIWebsites is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel any active subscription at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
